CCSS-Aligned Assessments

This is a time of great challenge and transition as we embark on implementing Common Core State Standards with Bridges. Currently, we have Supplements and related Unit Planners and Pacing Guides, Practice Books, Resource & Tech Links, and ASSESSMENTS!

We've heard your requests for assessment support and want to help you meet your district requirements. The new assessments include new or revised assessments when necessary, an assessment map for the year, new checklists and scoring guides and finally, ideas for supporting students who are not yet able to demonstrate proficiency.

The CCSS-Aligned Assessments are available in an easy-to-download document for each grade level. They can be found on the General Resources page for each grade level:

Assessments Grade 5
