Goodbye, Bridges First Edition Blog

Wow. It's hard to say goodbye.

As you know, Bridges First Edition will retire in 2018. In anticipation of its retirement, the Bridges First Edition Blog comes to an end.

I began hosting this blog almost seven years ago. In that time, I've written several hundred blog entries, worked with teachers in dozens of districts, and taught more Bridges lessons than I can count. It's been a fantastic experience and I will miss the regular contact with this blog and its readers.

But it's time to move on. The sun is setting on Bridges First Edition, and fun and exciting things continue to happen with Bridges Second Edition. Many of you regularly read my posts on the Bridges Educator Site blog and I look forward to interacting with you there. For those who don't, please keep in touch. I'm counting on seeing you at workshops, conferences, and out in the wide world of education. Also, if you haven't already done so, I'd encourage you to sign up for the MLC e-newsletter. Thank you for being part of the life of the Bridges First Edition Blog!

Signing off,
